Web-to-Print

In mainly decentralised companies a lot of time and money is often required to produce frequently used print material such as business cards, advertisements and product folders in accordance with CI/CD guidelines. Guidelines are not taken into sufficient consideration, in particular when things are required in a hurry. Our web-to-print solution Mediaflow helps to produce consistent print material in a simple and speedy manner.

Web-based production

With Mediaflow, printer’s copies are developed step by step. Without special know-how and directly within the web browser, images and texts can be placed and formatted in accordance with the CD guidelines. In this respect, only fields which have also been approved can be edited. The print preview is automatically updated after each use.

Broad range

All frequently used printed matter with standardised layouts is suitable for production with Mediaflow. Business cards, advertisements, printed matter used in businesses, small brochures and more complex types of printed matter such as complete product catalogues are mainly created with PIM systems.

Useful features

Mediaflow is extremely easy to use and leads the user through the production process in five steps. At the end, a PDF/X3 can be sent directly to the location-specific printer’s or enabling can be awaited from a central authority. As a rule, all of the features from the Adobe Indesign CS3 Server are available.

Simple form of administration

A plug-in for Indesign allows the most simple rules (e.g. alignment, grow together, etc.) to be defined in Indesign and saved within the template. This means that all of the important parameters always move with the template and are accepted when importing is taking place. In this respect, Mediaflow provides a comprehensive administration interface.
