Data is automatically converted into needs-based formats by the system, e.g. one version for PowerPoint or the press. Movies can be streamed as flash videos and leafed through online as PDF files.

Picturepark has powerful tools, for example a batch editing mode for the simultaneous processing of hundreds of assets and a workflow manager, which automatically moves copyright-sensitive images to the archive.
