Choosing a system is one thing, implementation is another. The aims are high – perfectly equipped and adapted to the customer-specific requirements, it should be possible to operate the system as far as possible in accordance with today’s standards.
We have more than 10 years of experience from well over one hundred projects and accompany our customers from the initial discussions through the final bringing into service to ongoing operation. In this respect, we act in accordance with the customer’s wishes as consultants, project managers and integrators and have a hands-on approach.
One of our main strengths is that we take the requirements of the different stakeholders into adequate consideration and, together with their partners or suppliers, create solid solutions in a pragmatic and yet tactful manner.
The following basic phases are covered during the course of a typical project:
Our solutions are modularised to a high degree. This means that a lot of functions can be configured via parameters according to requirements.
Wherever the standard is no longer sufficient, the possibility of customer-specific developments exists. In this respect, the customer requirements are thoroughly analysed, a basic solution is drawn up and a cost estimate prepared. Once the customer has approved this first stage, detailed specifications are developed and the offer is validated.
Wherever it is possible and reasonable, we try to standardise specific developments and to make them available to other customers as modules. During such projects we contribute to the development costs in the form of development cooperation.
This procedure facilitates a broad degree of cost-related security and transparency, and has proven itself in practice.
