We are pursuing the philosophy according to which we bring Picturepark to places where the user are on the move, for example, by publishing directly on the intranet or in the website.
All types of third-party applications can be connected via a comprehensive and standardised API.

Integration into into 3rd Party Systems
Picturepark is, as a media database, now connected to ci-book, a powerful and user friendly web-to-print solution from d-serv Software Engineering GmbH in Tübingen. The integration is based on the Picturepark „Asset Connector Framework“, which allows third-party applications access to resources from Picturepark.
For the new Rieter Website, Picturepark was integrated in TYPO3, by the Swiss internet agency Snowflake, as an extension. In the TYPO3 Media Browser pictures, PDFs, presentations and other media assets from Picturepark can be placed in websites directly. The integration is based on the Picturepark „Asset Connector Framework“. The Picturepark extension for TYPO3 is available from VIT or Snowflake.
