Providing solutions

VIT is a small company striving to provide customers innovative, robust and long-lasting value generating DAM solutions. These solutions are usually based on four components:

• Overall solution concept
• Easy to use DAM software
• Customer-specific implementation
• Operational support services

While VIT always supplies the DAM software “Picturepark”, the solutions concept as well as the customer-specific implementation and operational support services can be supplied in part or completely by partners.

Looking for perfect matches

VIT believes that only delivering a conceptually well-embedded DAM solution enables customer satisfaction.

While the software is essential with regard to functions and efficiency gains, organisational measures remain key in many aspects of DAM.

Here, only high quality services based on a foreseeing mind can assure the long-lasting success of a solution. This means that partners should:

• Have an attitude and the capabilities to deliver high-quality services
• Be equal parties that have a good mix in understanding each other
• Be pragmatic, results-driven and solution-oriented

Type of partnerships

VIT provides three types of partnerships: Alliance Partner, Implementation Partner, Integration Partner.

• Alliance partner: Typically, an alliance partner enables new Picturepark projects. Closing the deal and implementation are done on behalf of Picturepark/VIT or through a certified implementation partner.
• Implementation partner: Typically, an implementation partner enables new deals and also implements the solutions mostly on their own behalf.
• Integration partner: Typically, an integration partner is a specialized system integrator or 3rd party system developer who provides extensions or Connectors for Picturepark.
